We have done several different photo sessions with Stacey and she is always professional, helpful, and above all - kind. Stacey was very accommodating when our daughters delivery date changed. On the day of our photos she was flexible and understanding - new baby, tired momma, crazy toddler, cramped room with terrible lighting... Stacey had a smile on her face through it all. "I used Stacey Herrera as a Doula and Birth Photographer during the birth of my second baby and I can’t imagine my birth without her being there. She was beyond amazing and helped me get through labor and to have the most peaceful birth. I had to be induced with my daughter but Stacey was right there helping me even when my body wasn’t wanting to progress she helped me to relax and get my body going. My birth was really so peaceful thanks to her, even the nurses were talking about how amazing it was and I thank Stacey for that! I was able to labor down with Stacey’s help and because of that I only pushed for less than six minutes. Stacey helped calm my nerves, held my hand and was beside me through my labor and delivery. I am so thankful to have had Stacey there during the birth of my daughter, I wish I could have had her as a Doula during the birth of my first child and I know if I have any more babies I will have Stacey there again! I really can’t put into words how special Stacey is."

Now, when I heard the word “Doula" I used to think along the lines as just a birth coach but she was FAR MORE THAN THAT! Not only was she a great coach but a great friend and support during the whole process and labor. She was always prompt and punctual to every appointment and ready to give the best advice. She helped us to write our birth plan and she is very experienced with all of the information that made our plan perfect for us. She performed her tasks exceedingly well and help me where I needed her most. She always had her phone on, was super reliable, just waiting for that call for delivery time. "Stacey has been photographing my family's life since the beginning. She did my maternity photos for both of my kids, birth photography for both of my babies, family pictures, cakes smash, and everything in between. I have never been disappointed.

"Having Stacey as my birth photographer was so nice! I had her for two of my home births and she took wonderful pictures. I love that I got to have pictures while keeping my husband close to me since he didn't have to take them himself. She's a wonderful person to have around and doesn't get in the way and just takes pictures quietly. I was so grateful to have those pictures to look back on since I'm not really remembering too much while in labor. Having pictures of me holding my baby soon after birth and then my husband holding them as well is amazing. She takes pictures I never would have thought to take. I have some of my favorite pictures during my labor with my second son. She got pictures of me holding my oldest and of his adorable little feet next to my birthing pool. She gives such an amazing deal since the price also includes a newborn photo session within a week after your baby is born. Highly recommend Stacey for all your photography needs!"
